Your data

Meraki is built by Random AI Labs LLP. Your conversations, journal entries and mood logs are yours — you can delete your account outright, delete part of it, or ask for a copy, at any time and without giving a reason.

Delete your account from inside the app

This is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately.

  1. Open Meraki and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to Delete Account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile, every chat and message, journal entries, mood entries, life events, goals, insights, your long-term memory profile (DNA), Meraki balance and level history, and any images or voice notes you uploaded. This is a permanent deletion, not a deactivation — it cannot be undone and the data cannot be restored.

What we keep

Billing and transaction records that we're legally required to retain for tax and accounting purposes. These contain no conversation, journal or mood content.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription — that billing relationship is with the store, not with us. Cancel it from your Google Play or Apple subscriptions page before deleting your account.

Send us a request instead

Use this if you can't sign in, if you've uninstalled the app, or if you want only part of your data deleted. Fill this in and it will open your email app with the request ready to send — we act on it from there.

We can only act on a request that comes from — or names — the account's own email address.
For a partial deletion, tell us which data — for example 'all journal entries before June 2026'.
Open email to send request

If neither works, email us directly at privacy@healwithmeraki.app.

What happens next

We confirm the request comes from the account holder, then complete it and write back to you. We aim to do this within 7 days and, in any case, within 30 days of receiving the request, as required under GDPR and comparable laws.
